IS THE CTT A SAFETY OR UTILITY DATA SHEET?

WHAT IS THE FIXED RATE OF CTT-ETH?
There is no fixed fee, as it will depend on the price of Ether at the time of the transaction. The smart contract will use an oracle to constantly track the price of Ethereum and will return the exact number of CTTs a user has purchased.
For example, if the price of Ether is $700.00, a transfer of 1 Ether to the smart contract address during the pre-ICO will result in the purchase of 3500 CTTs (at $0.20 each). However, if the price of Ether had been $710.00, the user would have received 3550 CTT. This way, everyone gets what they paid for and possible market swings will not have a negative impact.
